AMENDMENT TO REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE
NO. 38/M-DAG/PER/12/2005
CONCERNING PROVISIONS ON THE IMPORT OF NON NEW MOTOR VEHICLE
THE MINISTER OF TRADE,
Considering :
- a. that in the framework of enhancing the effectiveness of implementation of policies on the import of non new motor vehicle as well as providing legal certainty for corporate direct users and reconditioning companies, it is deemed necessary to clarify the list of non-new motor vehicle which can be imported, contained in the Attachment to Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 38/M-DAG/PER/12/2005 on Provisions on the Import of Non New Motor Vehicle;
- b. that based on the consideration in letter a, it is necessary to stipulate a regulation of the Minister of Trade;
In view of :
Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 38/M-DAG/PER/12/2005 on Provisions on the Import of Non New Motor Vehicle;
DECIDES :
To stipulate :
THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE ON THE AMENDMENT TO REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE NO. 38/M-DAG/PER/12/2005 CONCERNING PROVISIONS ON THE IMPORT OF NON NEW MOTOR VEHICLE
Article I
The list of non-new motor vehicle, which can be imported as contained in the attachment to Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 38/M-DAG/PER/12/2005 on Provisions on the Import of Non New Motor Vehicle is changed so as to become the list of non-new motor vehicle, which can be imported as contained in the attachment to this regulation.
Article II
1.
- a. With the stipulation of this regulation, all provisions in Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 38/M-DAG/PER/12/2005 on Provisions on the Import of Non New Motor Vehicle are declared to remain effective.
- b. The import licenses and approval already issued on the basis of Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 38/M-DAG/PER/12/2005 on Provisions on the Import of Non New Motor Vehicle are declared legitimate and remain effective until the validity period of the licenses and approval expires.
2. The regulation comes into force as from the date of stipulation.
For public cognizance, the regulation shall be published by placing it in State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
